Please read our APPROVAL & PAYMENT PROCEDURE to ensure your order is handled promptly.
REVIEW: Carefully review all artwork: including numbers, spelling, colors, size and placement.
COLOR MATCHING: If we are matching a specific color or a PMS color code, please refer to our online color options.
If artwork IS NOT CORRECT: Please REPLY to this email with changes.
If artwork IS CORRECT: Please REPLY to this email saying "APPROVED AS IS".
(There will be additional charges for any changes made after approval is received)
PAYMENT: We require payment in full for orders under $100 and a 1/2 deposit for orders over $100 unless you have a pre-existing account. Upon receipt of your emailed approval we will send you an invoice to pay online via credit card or check. You may also come into our office.
PRODUCTION: Production will begin ONLY AFTER we receive your emailed approval and your payment.
